The USA Fed Supervisory Committee is a volunteer oversight committee comprised of five members of the credit union who are appointed by the Board of Directors to two-year terms.
The Supervisory Committee is responsible for safeguarding the credit union's assets and protecting the interests of the members. The Committee fulfills this duty by arranging an annual audit of the financial statements, verifying member accounts, supervising the activities of the internal audit function, and responding to member correspondence.
